How to publish an Unx from Information Design Tool (SAP BI 4.0)

In order to publish an UNX Universe 
go to 
Local Project
 Select the .blx you want to publish 
(right click)
  do the check integrity  first 
then select Publish in the repository

as you can see in the following image:
