How to download Webi Rich client in SAP BI 4.0 

The Web Intelligence Rich Client can be installed from the BI Launchpad:
In  BI Launchpad select Preferences 
Select Web Intelligence. 
Click on the (installation required) hyperlink next to Desktop or Desktop (Windows only).
